What type of payments do you accept?
At Pinnacle Trading Company, we accept payment by money
order, cashier’s check, and credit card, including Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal.
What will the sales tax on my order be?
We only charge sales tax to orders shipped in the state
of Maine. For these orders, there will be a 5% sales
tax added to the total amount of your order. For shipments
made to all other states, Pinnacle Trading Company charges
no sales tax.
Can I pay for my order on P.O., C.O.D., or credit?
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept orders
placed on P.O. (purchase orders), C.O.D. (cash on
delivery), or credit lines. All items purchased from
Pinnacle Trading Company must be paid for in full at the
time of the order.
Can I cancel an order placed with Pinnacle Trading Company?
Orders can be canceled as long at the item has not yet
been shipped and assuming the vendor can still cancel the
order before shipping. If a cancelation request is
received after an order has been sent to the vendor, we
will attempt to cancel the request, but can make no guarantees.
If you receive a canceled order, accept delivery of the
package, and contact Pinnacle Trading Company as soon as
possible for return instructions. Returns are subject
to restocking fees and cannot be made after 10 days.
What is your return policy?
Due to liability concerns, we cannot accept returns on
ammunition. For all other items, returns must be made
in new condition with all original packaging and documentation
included. Please contact us within 10 days of the
delivery date of an item to inquire about a return, as returns
cannot be accepted after 10 days. Items must be returned
freight paid and restocking fees may apply based on manufacture
and vendor policies.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Items that are defective can be returned for a new item.
Please contact us within 10 days to receive information
on obtaining a replacement item for your defective order.
Based on our manufacture’s policies, defective items may
be returned to the manufacture directly for repair or replacement.
If an item appears to have been damaged during shipping,
do not accept the package upon arrival. If after opening
an order, it appears damaged, contact Pinnacle Trading Company
for a Return Authorization Number.
What will my shipping charges be?
Shipping charges are calculated based on distance traveled
as well as weight of the items to be shipped. You
will receive the final shipping charge prior to completing
your online order.
Because UPS offers excellent tracking software and package
insurance, most orders placed through our website will be
shipped via UPS. In rare cases, our vendors may have
individual contracts with other shipping companies, and
therefore, sometimes other trusted shipping services may
be used such as Federal Express, Airborne, etc.
As items often ship directly from the nearest warehouse
to your shipping address, Pinnacle Trading Company is unable
to reduce shipping charges for orders placed through our
website.
Can my order ship to a P.O. Box?
Orders can only be sent to a valid street address.
Should you attempt to enter a P.O. Box for the shipping
address when placing an order, you will be prompted to correct
this error and enter a street address.
Can I track an order which has been shipped?
Yes, you will be emailed tracking information when your
order is shipped. In addition, this information will
be made available to you via the “My Account” section of
our website. Using this information, you will be able
to track your order via the UPS website.
Is it legal to buy ammunition online?
Yes, it is legal for adults over the age of 21 to purchase
ammunition online. However, Pinnacle Trading Company
does not accept liabilities, and it is your responsibility
as a buyer to abide by your state, city, and county laws
regarding the purchase of regulated items including ammunition,
crossbows, etc.
